Nowadays, the most important things in the companies that are dedicated to carrying out advertising campaigns, collections, promotions, etc. is to have a tool with which they can monitor and obtain reports about the performance of their call center area. That is why in VitalPBX we have decided to integrate one of the reporting tools for incoming call centers that is quite solid in the market, we are talking about the Asternic Call Center Stats, created by the Argentine Nicolás Gudiño.
Then, Turning to something more technical, we have developed a script that automates the installation of this application in its two versions, Lite and PRO. The script is hosted on Github where there are a few simple steps to execute the installation script.
1.- If you don’t have installed wget command, install it in the following way:
yum install wget -y
2- The first thing we should do is download the script as follows:
3- The Second step is give the correct permissions to the downloaded script:
chmod +x vpbx_asternic.sh
4- To proceed with the installation we going to execute the script in the following way:

You will be prompted about what version of the Asternic CCStats do you want to install, the allowed values for the PRO version are: P,PRO and
for the Lite version are: L,Lite. After select the version that you want to install, you have to wait until finish, and then you can access to the app
trough your web browser placing the following url: http://YOUR-PBX-IP/ccstats
Install the Asternic Call Center Stats app in VitalPBX is very easy and faster.
