favil x5s - provision date/DST not working

Hello,

I have created provisioning template for Fanvil X5s phones within endpoint manager.  Setup the proper date/time and daylight savings.  As I configured a phone and pulled its config file and matches the variables to the endpoint template..

 

Phone provisions EVERYTHING. besides the proper date time.   I have to manually fix this on each phone for timezone and daylight savings. 

Tried all firmware available 1.4.1 -> latest 1.8.1

Any insight?

To verify phone date/time from phone webUI

Phone Settings >> Time/Date

Also configured for 12hr clock in provisioning template,  this does not take (along with timezone & DST as reported above)

 

also note phone does not change values for

Line >> Dial plan > # to blind transfer, and Blind Transfer onHook.  These were also set to value of '1' in provisioning template.  Settings dont apply within phone. Having to manually check
