Issue with inbound routes to extension

Hello,

 

I have encountered issue with inbound calling that seems to be happening with like last 3 releases, it re-appears every time I upgrade the PBX.  Running latest version right now.

The issue is that when extension is called either by DID or extension number it plays "No route found to the destination", and the only way to fix it is to click update on extension config and reload the config.

Any ideas on how to permanently fix this?

This might happen because during the update no all the changes were applied. One way to avoid this, is to execute the following command after updating: 

vitalpbx --fully-dump-conf

We will analyze what we can do for avoiding this behavior on next versions.

Another recommendation that I can give you is to update when the server is not in use, I mean out of working hours.
