I have a month Carrier plan vitalpabx. But on addon modules some sonata modules say to activate and request a Licence. How proceed ?

Hello Mr. Costa,

In case of Sonata Switchboard and Billing, this add-ons get automatically activated by the VitalPBX plans, only the sonata recordings needs a license, but, this will be not required anymore in the next update of Sonata Recordings.

You can send us your case to support@vitalpbx.com with your carrier license attached.

Where i get this licence on runing pbx ? (i believe i received this licence by email when buy..but  my first try to find it fail)

ok. Next problem: how open a support ticket ? site request a number to be buyed... i dont have it..

After update módulo , licence activated ok.

Now next problem: after login on SonataSwitch Board no buttons or widged showed... just message "connecting to server" for ever...

Where do you have installed the PBX?

You have to make sure the required ports for Sonata Switchboard  are open
