Hello, 

I would like to know how to redirect incoming calls from one line to an IVR system?

I already have a SIP ovh line that works when I call that redirects well to the SVI

The problem is that I added a new line OVH .. except that it goes to the first SVI by the 2nd..

I would like calls from the new number to be redirected to the new correct standard

I hope I was understandable ^^

You might redirect by DID

You must check the asterisk CLI, and see what is happening with call. On this way you may know why the calls are not routed to the right destination.
