Queue with external number !

Hello,

We use Queues for our customers to get support outside business hours. I know that we can use a Ring Group with an external number, but I didn't find a way to use an external number as member in a queue. Any idea ?

There's no direct way for adding external members, but I can give you these options:

  1. OpenVPN: You may use this option to keep your agents permanently connected no matter where they are. They will need only a stable internet connection.
  2. Diversions: You may set up the call forward immediately on your agent's extensions by time, so, when they'll be outside business hours the calls will be sent to their mobile numbers.
