Hey - things look good, and the CDR filter is a good method to allow for repeating reports with setting criteria. However, what we don't see is a method to collate CDR's into more of management statistics reports. We really need something like Asternic reports - they have a GPL v3 version that I'm sure could be tweaked to fit into VitalPBX.
Any chance VitalPBX could add something like this?

That's great, but not everyone uses queues. I've got clients that like to use ring groups, and then they want to know who is answering the calls, etc. Many clients are not call centers using queues, but law firms and such that have different calling methods, yet they still want to know how much time each employee is spending on the phone.
